This demo shows how the fictional company General Appliance was able to beat the competition to market by using PLM technology from Siemens PLM Software. Starting with an existing assebly in Teamcenter Express, the designer modifies with Solid Edge, conducts a stress analysis in Femap and then the manufacturing engineer makes the change to the mold cavity in CAM Express.
