Create futuristic 3D text with a hypnotizing blue glow in Photoshop CS5 Extended. This tutorial will show you how to use Photoshop's repousse tool to create real 3D text, apply a blue glow, and finish it off with a grid background and bokeh effect. To follow this tutorial, you'll need Photoshop CS5 Extended (Not the regular version).
